Hi I am Rebecca

German frontend developer, based in Amsterdam

I graduated in Germany, with a degree in social work. Indeed, a field far away from coding! Working in that profession, tought me a lot about life, human diversity and different ways of life. After leaving Germany and moving to the Netherlands, Amsterdam, I felt, that it is time to start something new. I followed my gut-feeling and started changing my career path. Well-exposed to the importance of computing, I decided to start a very new path and became a front end engineer. Coding sharpend my troubleshooting skills and is, in my eyes, the perfect combination of beeing creative and be able to use my problem-solving skills. Full of enthusiasm, I finished a Bootcamp and learned how to use (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React etc).
